On Saturday 21st of July 2018, I, Sandra Rutz-Milicevic did swim across
the Viški Channel in Croatia. I had a good forecast for a successfull
world record attempt. My Starting point was Saint Clement (Sveti
Klement) Paklinski islands. I started at 5 a.m. with a fantastic sunrise
swimming against the strong current. The sea temperature was 22.5
degrees. (see pic.)
I swam 17.7 km
in 5 hours and 23 minutes.
